Terms of Service

These terms govern enrollment in Professional development courses offered by Myridan on myridanx.pro.

1. Services

Scope: Enrollment in live courses, workshops and coaching sessions.

Payment: Fees are due prior to start. Once the service is provided or access is granted, fees are non-refundable due to resource allocation. Participants may request to transfer the fee toward another service if notice is received at least 7 days before the original start date.

2. Digital Products

Scope: Downloadable materials such as e-books and video tutorials.

Due to immediate access upon purchase, refunds are not available once materials have been downloaded.

3. Physical Goods

Scope: Printed manuals and branded merchandise.

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. The item must be sent back in original condition. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. After confirmation of condition, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund and Transfer Policy

To initiate a refund or transfer, customers must use our contact form and provide order details and reason for the request within the applicable period. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Alternatively, a transfer of the fee toward another service or product may be requested. Transfers require confirmation by Myridan and must be submitted at least 5 days before the original service date. No transfers are available for digital products after access has been granted.
